Our Vision

Our vision is to amplify and celebrate WOC talents, create community and provide the tools and resources needed to create our own tables at the decision-making spaces within sustainability.

The Four Pillars

  • Creating Collaboration

    Providing the space to build a strong community via events including meetups and activities focused on meaningful relationships between women of color in sustainability

  • Facilitating Connection

    A community of women of color with rich backgrounds and expertise in sustainability with potential professional opportunities via our talent network, groups, and publications.

  • Sharing Resources

    Sending newsletters and sharing articles containing key events, initiatives, funding opportunities, and jobs that go out to all those who have signed up for our groups.

  • Mentorship

    We facilitate introductions between seasoned sustainability professionals with emerging professionals to discuss community, climate-action, and professional journeys.
